Shipping policy

 

Processing Time
All products are made to order. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days before delivery dispatch, however this is subject to change week to week. During high order volume periods we will prioritise orders based on the event date noted in your order, so please be aware this may mean delays on the digital proof stage before your order is cut and dispatched. You are always welcome to contact us for updates at any stage. 

Please note, selecting Express as your shipping method does not speed up the production time for your order, it only speeds up the delivery time.

Shipping Times

We offer Standard or Express shipping options. Selecting Express shipping only speeds up your delivery timeframe, not the processing time. 

Standard Shipping is between 5-7 business days (pending your location).
Express Shipping is between 1-3 business days (pending your location). 
Please refer to Australia Post's website for more accurate delivery information as the above is a guide, and delivery timeframes are ultimately dictated by Australia Post.
