Serving & Storage: Please refrigerate post collection, and serve at room temperature on Christmas Eve/Day for optimal enjoyment. Leftovers can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerated for up to a week—just thaw before enjoying over the rest of the holidays.

Collection & Transport
Collection & Transport
This product is available for collection on 23rd or 24th Dec from our Botany studio - Level 2, 11-13 Margate St Botany NSW.
Please choose the correct option when checking out as your cake will need to be collected on the day you choose.
When transporting your cake, it will be packaged in a box to ensure it is safe of being bumped. Please hold the box from the base (not the sides) and ensure that it is transported flat on the floor of your car - either in the footwell or boot clear of other objects. We cannot take responsibility for mishandling or transporting your cake incorrectly and causing damage, so please adhere to these instructions carefully.
Storing your cake
Storing your cake
If you are not consuming the cake the same day you are collecting, please store it in the fridge overnight.
On the day you are serving, please take the cake out and bring to room temperature 1-2 hours prior to serving.
Leftovers can be left out at room temperature for 3 days, or stored in fridge for up to 7 days. Thaw out when consuming again, as cake is best served at room temperature.
